Wallaroo Marina Apartments is seeking to employ a Receptionist for a Permanent Part-Time position. Offering superior guest service at all times in a warm, friendly manner you will be an integral member of our Front Office team.

Reporting directly to the Manager the position requires applicants to be professional, well presented, honest, reliable and have a commitment to the highest standards of customer service.

The role will require;

Responsibilities include;

• Check-in/Check out guests
• Taking guest enquiries
• Reservations across our multiple properties

Previous experience of front office/reception work is essential. Employment within the accommodation/hospitality industry would be advantageous as well as experience working with RMS software.

The position will be 38.5 hours per fortnight Permanent Part-Time on a 2 week rotating roster and will include weekend work.

We are seeking to employ a bright and energetic individual who has a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail as a cleaner for a casual position.

Reporting directly to the Manager the position encompasses cleaning of 7 guest rooms in the newly renovated Town Hall in Port Augusta. 

This position is on a casual basis where at times you must have flexibility to be available at short notice. 

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas to brand standards
• Guest room departure cleans to a high standard
• Ensure that the efficiency and quality of cleans meet hotel standards
• Provide feedback on hotel common area and room condition to the Hotel Manager, particularly in terms of areas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain hotel standards

Previous experience of cleaning is a necessary requirement and prior experience in housekeeping in a minimum 4 star hotel environment would be highly regarded.

Wallaroo Marina Apartments is seeking to employ a bright and energetic individual who has a strong work ethic as a housekeeper for a Casual position.

Reporting directly to the Head of Housekeeping and the Manager the position encompasses cleaning and servicing of guest rooms within the Apartments as well as the cleaning of our properties in Port Hughes and Moonta Bay. The position does require some degree of physical fitness.

This position is on a casual basis where at times you must have flexibility to be available at short notice.

Previous experience of cleaning is a necessary requirement and employment within the accommodation/hospitality industry would be advantageous.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate during a 3 month trial period efficiency, diligence, flexibility and reliabilty.

A current drivers licence and motor vehicle are essential.
